Directions

From Downtown Washington, DC (applies to NE, SE, SW)
Take Massachusetts Avenue west (uptown toward Maryland). Follow Massachusetts Avenue to Ward Circle (by American University). From Ward Circle, turn left onto Nebraska Avenue. Follow Nebraska Avenue until you see Sibley on the right. (Loughboro Road is an extension of Nebraska Avenue). At traffic light, turn right into Sibley's main entrance.

From I-270 (Gaithersburg, Frederick)
Take I-270 to I-495 (Washington Beltway) toward Northern Virginia exit at Cabin John Parkway. Take first left exit to MacArthur Boulevard. Turn left at third traffic light onto Loughboro Road. Turn left at traffic light to Sibley's main entrance.

From Rockville or Bethesda via Wisconsin Avenue
Follow Wisconsin Avenue to Western Avenue. Turn right on Western Avenue to Westmoreland Circle (past River Road). Halfway around Westmoreland Circle, exit on Dalecarlia Parkway (look for sign pointing to Sibley Hospital). Follow Dalecarlia Parkway to Sibley Hospital. Sibley's main entrance is on the right.

From Virginia via I-495 (Washington Beltway)
Cross American Legion Bridge. Take immediate right to Clara Barton Parkway. Follow Clara Barton Parkway to MacArthur Boulevard exit. Turn right on MacArthur Boulevard and follow to Loughboro Road. Turn left at traffic light onto Loughboro Road. Turn left at traffic light to Sibley's main entrance.

From Virginia via George Washington Parkway
George Washington Pkwy. to Route 123 (Chain Bridge Rd.) Take second Route 123 exit toward Chain Bridge. Follow Route 123 to end. Turn left to cross Chain Bridge. Turn right onto Canal Rd. Take first left onto Arizona Ave. Turn left at the first light onto MacArthur Blvd. Follow MacArthur Blvd. to Loughboro Rd. and turn right. Turn left at traffic light to Sibley's main entrance.

From Virginia via Key Bridge (Georgetown)
Stay in left lane on Key Bridge, and turn left onto Canal Road. At second light, turn left onto Reservoir Road. Take Reservoir Road to MacArthur Boulevard and turn left. Follow MacArthur Boulevard approximately three miles. Turn right at Loughboro Road. Turn left at traffic light to Sibley's main entrance.

From National Airport via George Washington Parkway
Exit George Washington Parkway at Chain Bridge Road (Rt. 123). Turn left toward Washington. At next light, make left to cross Chain Bridge. Turn right onto Canal Road. Take first left onto Arizona Avenue. Turn left at the first light onto MacArthur Boulevard. Follow MacArthur to Loughboro Road and turn right. Turn left at traffic light to Sibley's main entrance.

Metrobus

Sibley Hospital is served by the D4 and M4 Metrobus routes. The D4 route connects with Metrorail at Farragut Square and Dupont Circle in downtown Washington. The M4 connects with the Tenleytown Metro. Sibley is also served by the Number 23 Ride-On Bus which connects at the Friendship Heights Metro.
